Terms and Conditions for Pine State Pedals Last Updated: October 24, 2025

Service Rates and Eligibility Labor rates are $150/hr unless you’ve purchased your bike (Lectric, Recon, or Gotrax) from Pine State Pedals, granting automatic approval for maintenance at our LEVA-certified rates. Non-PSP purchases require preapproval due to limited e-bike/scooter mechanics in Maine—contact us at service@pinestatepedals.com.

Annual Plan Recommendation For the best discounts and priority service, we recommend our $250 Annual Service Plan (found under Maintenance and Repair), including a 21-point tune-up, $75/hr labor, 15% off accessories, and free diagnostics. Plan is non-refundable after tune-up and must be used within 12 months.

General Terms All services are by appointment in Topsham, ME, with a $50 pickup fee within 10 miles (further by quote).

 

We reserve the right to refuse service on non-approved products. Parts and major repairs (e.g., crash damage) are quoted separately. A 30-day workmanship warranty applies, but customers must insure their own bikes.

 

Changes to these terms require 30 days’ notice, subject to Maine law.
