Refund Policy

Returns & Cancellations for Pine State Pedals Last Updated: October 24, 2025

We want you to love your Lectric, Recon, or Gotrax purchase from Pine State Pedals. You may cancel your order for a full refund up until you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking. After shipping, you’re responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost (even if ‘free’) won’t be refunded. All sales are final once shipped.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receipt at service@pinestatepedals.com to initiate a return. A restocking fee up to $300 may apply at our discretion.

Refund Process After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Refunds are in USD, minus shipping, processed within 7-10 days via your original payment method. We may withhold the full refund if the item is damaged. Items used or held over 14 days are non-returnable.

Exclusions No returns on opened batteries, chargers, custom orders, or demo units. Accessories and apparel are non-returnable.

Shipping Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective—we’ll provide a prepaid label for approved defective returns.
